The alternative shows up at the mall or with StitchFix when you try on clothes and have to put everything back because you don't like the way you look. The alternative shows up when you refuse to be in photos or you insist on standing behind someone instead of standing in the full essence of your beauty.

All of these lead to lost memories, setting an example for your kids or friends about what an acceptable self-image is – and I know you've heard it before – if you wouldn't say something rude to your best friend about her appearance, why would you say it to yourself?

The alternative leads to a literal loss of life, serious health consequences, and spiraling self esteem (which translates directly into your relationships, work, and exercise motivation).

I get it. It's hard adding another challenging task into your already busy life. I'm sure it's the last thing you feel like doing... But diamonds are made under pressure. And babe, you're a diamond!

FAQ
I'm not an athlete, but this looks epic. Can I still join?
Yes! While, we target women who have played sports before to keep the group as like-minded and relatable as possible, we've certainly had girls in our program who had no athletic experience and do just fine! Our main objective is that you understand the coach-athlete dynamic, and in order to perform better, you have to put in the work!
I have an injury that's bugging me. Can I still train like a gymnast?
We'd recommend getting cleared by your physician before beginning our program! Once you're cleared, should you need any additional modifications to any exercises, just message your coach through the training app or shoot us an email!
How do your team members stay accountable virtually if no one's watching them?
This program is a chance for you to prove to yourself you have self-discipline. The reason we have an application process is to be able to select individuals who have intrinsic motivation to be better. Take for instance if you had an in-person training session – you still need to commit to showing up and putting in the work. We are not responsible for your success in this program. We can give you all the tools, but only you can do the work to see results.
What happens after I apply?
1. You'll get an email if your application was accepted or not. If you qualify, you will get an email to schedule a call with one of our coaches. Once you join, you will start your onboarding and meet your new teammates!
I just joined! Why haven't I gotten any sort of confirmation email?
Please be sure to check your spam, promotions, and other folders that aren't your inbox. Sometimes email servers keep us a secret. To make sure you don't have to search for our emails every time they come in, please whitelist or add us to your address book so that we slide right into your inbox! Then you can be sure you'll never miss important announcements or life changing tips! If you still haven't received an email within 24 hours, please email us.
How does billing work?
If you choose our monthly option, your first payment will be due the day you join. From then on, you will be billed each month on the day that you enrolled. (If you sign up on the 15th, you will be billed on the 15th of each month thereafter). If you chose to pay upfront, save money, AND score awesome swag, you will be set for the WHOLE YEAR!
What is your cancellation policy?
We allow cancellations at any time. Just let us know by email at least 3 business days before your next billing date in order to not be charged for the next month or next six months. If you cancel in the middle of a month, you will have access to the program for the rest of the current calendar month.
What is your refund policy?
In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the program and it did not work for you.  In the event that you decide your investment was not the right decision, within 30 days of your program start date, contact our support team by email and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 PST. You must include proof of your work with your request for a refund (onboarding completion, workout check ins, nutritional logging, weekly check ins, and roundtable participation). If you request a refund and do not include your work by the 30th day, you will not be granted a refund. Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, we will promptly issue a request to our payment processor for a refund. 
I'm a guy. Do you have any programs for men?
While we don't have an exclusive membership program designed for men (well, not yet anyway...) Our live events, online courses, ebooks, and retreats are certainly open and available to men who want to show up as their best selves, learn dope tricks, and find happiness! Don't worry, it won't be that way forever!

  • You're a former gymnast and want to feel strong enough to attempt old skills again. Oftentimes, we know we're perfectly capable, but our body needs some time to catch back up.
  • ​You're new to gymnastics, but you've always wanted to train like a gymnast. If you've always wanted to do cartwheels, backhandsprings, and the splits, this foundational program can help you learn handstands, cartwheels, backbends and splits. You'll also build the strength and technique needed to feel confident enough to go for bigger tricks with a spot!
  • ​You're sick of yo-yoing with your weight or diet and want sustainable change. ​You've tried everything under the sun to get in shape, but it just doesn't last or you can't stick to it long-term. We teach you the lifestyle changes that work for you so that you see gradual consistent results.
  • You're willing to put in the work, even when it gets tough. Those moments where you wonder why being strong is so hard?! They'll happen. But you're tough and you will push through to get what you want from yourself.

And maybe some of these things worked, but you didn't enjoy them, so you stopped. It's time to invest in something you love so you stick to it and look forward to your workouts.

There's nothing wrong with needing guidance. Even professional athletes and Olympians have coaches. Coaches and teammates can see things you cannot when you go at it alone. Imagine trying to make it to the Olympics without a coach... Pretty hard, right?
  • You're afraid you'll get injured if you go too hard. Fear of injury is a common concern, especially for athletes who have a past riddled with small or career-ending injuries. The great thing about that is, you know your body better now more than ever, and YOU'RE in control, so you can listen to it and modify accordingly versus being forced to do skills you're not ready for.
  • You're ready to be able to tumble again with confidence. Imagine seeing a big open field. First thought of most gymnasts? "Oh my gosh I wonder how many backhandsprings I can do!"
